St. Joe Beach

Just one county over from Mexico Beach, St. Joe beach is a beautiful hidden beach spot.

St. Joe Beach Real Estate

A unique area with an unbelievably beautiful natural environment.

St. Joe Beach starts at the LOOKOUT LOUNGE on the corner of Hwy 386 and Hwy 98 and runs east to Windmark Beach. The differences between Mexico Beach and St. Joe Beach are few but significant! St. Joe Beach is on eastern time zone, one hour ahead of Mexico Beach!

All of Gulf County is dog friendly, while dogs are not allowed on the beach in Mexico Beach. You can also build a bonfire on St. Joe Beach. Zoning is different as well as St. Joe Beach will allow mobile homes and RV’s to be placed on vacant lots. Property taxes are slightly less in Gulf County than Mexico Beach.
