Cool mornings and evenings, comfortably warm in the middle of day, spectacular sunsets. I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR! We are still marketed as the “Forgotten Coast” but its quite obvious we have been discovered. This area has seen a tremendous amount of new construction, our inventory of homes for sale is still ridiculously low and the list of buyers continues to get longer and longer!
