    2013 was a great year in Sales!

    Below is a chart comparing the sales in 2013 with the sales in 2012..    As you can see, there isn’t a huge difference but definitely there is an obvious appreciation in the value of residential property.  

    While I have no crystal ball, the one thing that will affect the value this year is supply and demand.   Our inventory is extremely low.   Demand is still high.
