Mexico Beach in September
I love this time of year…….you just have to open the door every morning to see what the temperature is going to be! We’ve had several days of cool mornings…mid to high 60’s!!!! Doesn’t take long for it to heat up though…but it’s nice while it lasts!!!!
The summer visitors are definitely gone! Traffic has definitely slowed down…for vacation rentals as well as real estate sales. We still have vacationers who come this time of year of course, so we are not deserted in any sense of the word!!!
Click on the link below to see what people have bought since my last blog!
Sales in Mexico Beach to the Cape and even Wewa!
We have some great fall events….one more Thursday for Music in the Park at Sunset Park. 6-8:00 bring a chair, snacks, beverages and enjoy music and friends while watching the sun set!
The Art and Wine Festival is October 6th this year. One of our biggest events…music, art, wine, food…silent auction, live auction………all right on the beach…what better way to spend a Saturday??

Fishing report! The groupers are here!!! The water is still a little dirty which inhibits the fishing but its getting clearer every day! Our water has been a murky brown color for months now. We’ve had an unusual amount of sea grass + a lot of wind so the water is stirred up a lot. Should be getting back to normal soon!
Chip has some openings so give him a call. www.charterboat-missmary.com
